Log in page not working?
so i click log in, it says logging in. goes blank black, then back to log in page? ive spoke to helpers, and sent a ticket. ive been trying for 2 days. ive deleted, and redownloaded 4 times, i dont understand what there saying about firewall? maybe someone could give me a step by step guide on how to fix it? and what antivirus to download? MANY THANKS!

The server logs imply you have a firewall issue blocking/breaking connections when you try to login (and also when you try to fetch the installer using "GetThere") You might find some words of comfort here: http://webapps.prod.there.com/script....py/helpPortal - Dan |
